How we protect the brands we carry
A marketplace listing is only as strong as its weakest seller. These are the rules we hold ourselves to on every product.
- Authorized sources. We buy only from manufacturers and authorized distributors, and keep every invoice.
- Exact match. New, genuine products that match the listing: same item, size, pack and packaging.
- Price discipline. At or above MAP. We don't race to the bottom.
- Customer experience. Orders ship through Amazon's fulfillment network, with Amazon customer service.
- Policy first. If a brand restricts marketplace sales, we ask up front and respect the answer.
- Fast replies. Supplier and customer messages answered within one business day.

Straight answers to what distributors usually ask first.
Do you sell on Amazon?
Yes. Amazon is our main sales channel, and our inventory is fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). We may also sell through other online marketplaces as we grow. We don't operate a physical store.
Do you follow MAP and brand pricing policies?
Yes. We price at or above MAP and follow each brand's pricing and marketplace guidelines. If a brand doesn't allow marketplace sales, we ask up front and don't buy that line.
What documents can you provide to open an account?
Our Florida Annual Resale Certificate, business registration details for SBAA Contracting, LLC and a W-9. We're happy to complete your credit application or new-account form.
How large are your orders?
We usually begin with a focused test order on a few items, then reorder regularly on what sells. We follow your opening and reorder minimums.
How do you pay?
We expect to prepay early orders, and we follow your new-account terms. Credit terms can be discussed once the account is established.
Where is your inventory stored?
Inventory is sent to Amazon fulfillment centers, which store, pack and ship customer orders. We use your shipping and labeling requirements for any inbound freight.
